Arthur Selkowitz
Arthur Selkowitz is Vice Chairman, Chief Client Officer for Bcom3 Group, Inc. which is one of the world's leading marketing communications holding companies, with revenues in 2001 of nearly $2 billion. With more than 18,000 employees worldwide, the organization serves 72 of the world's 100 leading marketers in 90 countries. Previously, Selkowitz was Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles, one of the biggest global advertising agencies and a major component company of Bcom3 Group. Selkowitz is a Board and Executive Committee member of the Lupus Research Institute in New York, a member of the Lotos Club, a co-chairman of the Jewish Community Center's Board of Trustees in Stamford, Ct., and a member of the Business Practices Review Committee of the American Advertising Federation. He also is a past member of the 4 A's Board of Directors and its Operations Committee.

Irwin R. Ettinger
Irwin R. Ettinger has been the Vice Chairman of Travelers Property & Casualty since June 2002. He was the Chief Accounting and Tax Officer at Citigroup for the fifteen years just previous to that. Mr. Ettinger joined Commercial Credit Company (a predecessor company to Citigroup) in 1987. He was named a Senior Vice President in 1991, and Executive Vice President in early 1996. Prior to his affiliation with the company, he had been a Partner with Arthur Young & Company (now Ernst & Young) since 1969, most recently as Partner in Charge of the New York Office Tax Department. Mr. Ettinger is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the New York and Connecticut State Societies of Certified Public Accountants, as well as a member of the Advisory Council of the Baruch College Weissman Center for International Business. In addition, he is on the Executive Committee of the Baruch College Fund. Mr. Ettinger has written and lectured extensively on the subject of tax policy. He received a B.B.A. in Accounting from Baruch College in 1958, and an M.A. in Finance from Michigan State University in 1959.

Bill Bryan
Bill Bryan is a writer-producer who has worked since 1982 at all of the major film studios and television networks: Warner Bros., 20th Century Fox, Paramount, Universal, Disney, Sony, TriStar, MGM, Castle Rock, Amblin, NBC, ABC, CBS, and FBC. He has served as both writer and Producer or Executive Producer on eleven prime-time comedies, among them the long-running series Night Court and Coach. Prior to his work in Hollywood, Mr.. Bryan was a staff producer and director at four local television stations in California.
He is currently a member of the National Governing Board of the Coalition for Quality Children's Media, which produces the acclaimed Kids First! Film Festival in cities across the US.

Mark Gutentag
Mark Gutentag is a partner at Warner, Corbett & Gutentag, a full service accounting firm specializing in the entertainment industry. Mr. Gutentag has over 25 years of experience with clients ranging from actors, producers, writers and production companies to independent film finance organizations. Mr. Gutentag currently serves as Waterfall Films' accountant.
